Đặng Vân Trang ran into a food-related job by chance. She had just graduated with a major in marketing and was looking for a job when a friend introduced her to a Facebook content position for Foody, a digital platform that provides restaurant reviews. Surrounded by food every day, she tastes, takes photos and writes reviews. Passionate about food photography and sharing her culinary experiences, Trang created an Instagram account, @trangnhimtron, where she shares every dish she tries. From corner coffee shops to Hanoi’s hidden gems, Vietnam and Hanoi have a unique cuisine.
