Franklin Barbecue

Franklin salts and peppers the meat, which emerges with a pinkish smoke ring around the interior that’s almost a half-inch thick. The Tipsy Texan Sandwich features a huge slice of this delicious, slow-cooked, pit-smoked, melt-in-your-mouth beef brisket. Chopped into glistening, bite-sized chunks, it’s topped with slow-cooked sausage, briny pickles and tangy, creamy coleslaw.
