This quirky “supermarket” is a Chicago treasure. From the moment you walk in, you are hit with the various organ meats bubbling away in a giant circular fry pan. Most people don’t like tripe, but we defy you to not love this. They are so perfectly crispy and delicious (without the usual slimy texture) that you will swoon with the lovely sauces and warm tortillas. Everything on the menu is good, but these are unmissable.
