A fiery Krablergarten Schnitzel with a sharp marinated mixture. A wonderful piece of lean meat that has been hammered down, seasoned, coated with flour and well-seasoned with egg and then dredged in breadcrumbs and fried to a beautiful golden colour and absolute crispiness. Served with lemon wedges.
