Café am Marienplatz is a massive culinary centre piece of the Marienplatz, known for inventing the weißwurst in 1857. The weißwurst plate comes with two white veal sausage links that are being boiled in a charmingly German looking pot of water they bring to the table. The white veal sausage links are large and delicious and the sweet relish mustard is the perfect complement to the perfect sausage.
