As a child, young Alice would refuse to eat any kind of vegetables or try anything new. But “only fools never change their minds.” That’s why old Alice, while living in Madrid, Miami, San Francisco, London and Shanghai, discovered a passion to try the most cultural food during her stays.
Born and raised in Brussels, Alice is now based in Frankfurt. She launched her Instagram blog, FFM Frankfurt Food and More after friends kept asking her for tips on where to eat in Frankfurt. A true Belgian, she loves eating fries with mayonnaise. But she is happy to trade it for a good traditional schnitzel mit grüne soße (schnitzel with green sauce).
