Pap’Açôrda

Restaurant Pap’Açôrda – the name is taken from one of Portugal’s favorite dishes: Açôrda. The Açôrda is a simple rustic shellfish stew that has been thickened with stale bread and seasoned with garlic. Raw egg is another important ingredient, and the stew is garnished with fresh coriander.
