La Taverna dei Fori Imperiali

A silky sauce is created and served best when the beaten eggs are tossed in with the hot pasta and a little fat from the pancetta and bacon. Spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan, a little olive oil, salt and pepper are combined to provide a savory, creamy, smoky and even slightly crunchy Pappardelle Alla Carbonara.
