Breakfast? Mid-morning snack? Lunch? In Valencia, it is called Esmorzaret and it is a tradition honored mostly on weekends. There are hundreds of bars across Valencia serving these delights from 7 am through early afternoon. They are packed with grilled meats, melted cheese, and vegetables. You might as well try one here at Pitti that won the Cacau D’Or 2023 for an excellent example.
