La Brunilda

I actually call this the “crackburger”, because once you’ve had one you’re hooked. This mini beef burger on a brioche bun with soy mayo, sun-dried tomatoes and sweet potato chips is more than a sum of its parts. La Brunilda is a relatively new bar in Sevilla showcasing the best of traditional with a twist using top quality ingredients. Great friendly service too.
