Embat

The economic crisis killed many expensive pretentious restaurants in town… But it opened a new trend: bistro-nomics! And Embat is their local flagship. 3 young chefs are using their creativity to offer quality products and well-presented dishes at an affordable price. At Embat, the menu is simpler and cheaper for lunch, and gets more complex and elaborated (but not at all that expensive) for dinner. Since using seasonal ingredients is a must to keep the costs affordable, their recipes rotate a lot depending on what they find in the market or what their trusted farmers bring them from their patches. Codfish is however a regular, although the side dishes and preparations might be different every time you go. It never fails!
