When Lake Effect Ice Cream created a whiskey ice cream, their dedicated following lost their minds. They rushed to their Lockport shop and local stores and the unique flavour ran out within hours. Each bite of the creamy ice cream has notes of sweet brown sugar, savoury bits of bacon and a kick of Kentucky bourbon.
